Description
Trifolium repens Perennial legume cover crop.
Has a larger leaf than Dutch or New Zealand. Fixes more N per acre. Best adapted to rotational pasture management.

- Inoculant: None needed, seed is nitrocoated

- Facts to Note: Growing conditions required are about the same for New Zealand White Clover, except Ladino is more tolerant of poorly drained soil. Can be interplanted with perennial ryegrass, orchardgrass or tall fescue.
Note to Certified Organic Growers: All our cover crop seed is untreated, non-GMO seed. This is conventional seed, but the seed is coated with Nitro-Coat Organic, which is an OMRI listed coating. This coating uses all organic ingredients: the proper rhizobacteria, a Calcium Carbonate coating that is naturally water absorbing to speed seed germination, and an OMRI listed organic adhesive.
